Questions come in while you’re serving someone, at night or over the weekend. By the time you reply, that person may have asked somewhere else.
We build WhatsApp bots that answer questions, take orders or bookings, and pass the details to your team. You decide what the bot answers and when a person steps in.

Customer: Hi, are there any spots left for Saturday’s trial class?
Bot: Hi! Yes, we have spots at 10:00 and 12:00. Which one suits you better?
Customer: 10:00, under the name Lucía.
Bot: Done, Lucía. You’re booked in for Saturday at 10:00. See you then!

If you answer the business WhatsApp yourself, you already know: messages arrive while you’re with another customer, after hours, or in the middle of a busy day.
Questions come in while you’re serving someone, at night or over the weekend. By the time you reply, that person may have asked somewhere else.
Opening hours, prices, availability, how to book. The same questions again and again, answered by hand, one at a time.
Orders and bookings that move from the chat to a spreadsheet or calendar by copy and paste, with the time and mistakes that come with it.
Three services that work on their own or together, depending on what your business needs.
An assistant on your business WhatsApp that replies right away, at any hour.
n8n workflows that take care of the repetitive work you do by hand today.
We connect the bot and the workflows to the tools you already use every day.
Four steps, no jargon, and you’re kept in the loop at every one.
We talk about how you handle customers today and which tasks take up most of your time. We work out what is worth automating and what isn’t.
Together we define what the bot answers, what data it collects and where that data goes. You see it and approve it before anything is built.
We set up the bot and the automations, test them with you and switch them on in your business WhatsApp.
We review how it responds in real conversations and adjust answers and workflows as new needs come up.
This is what a conversation in a shop could look like. The bot answers the question, collects the details and leaves the order ready, so the team only has to confirm it.

Customer: Hi, do you have carrot cake for Friday?
Bot: Hi! Yes, we make it to order in two sizes: 6 or 10 servings. Which would you like?
Customer: The 10. Can I pick it up in the afternoon?
Bot: Of course, on Friday you can collect it between 5:00 and 8:00 pm. What name should I put on the order?
Customer: Marta
Bot: All set, Marta: a 10-serving carrot cake, pick-up on Friday afternoon. The team will confirm your order shortly.

Illustrative conversation. It does not belong to any real customer: the details are made up for the example.
It depends on the scope. A bot that answers frequent questions is a short project; connecting it to other systems takes a little longer. After the assessment you get a specific timeline before we start.
Not necessarily. You can keep your current number or use a new one for the bot. During the assessment we look at which option fits best with how you use WhatsApp today.
The bot only asks for the data needed to answer the question or prepare the order. We process it on your instructions and in line with the GDPR, under a data processing agreement, and we don’t use it for anything else. The details are in our privacy policy.
It hands the conversation to someone on your team and notifies them. You decide when the bot replies and when you would rather answer yourself.
It depends on what needs to be automated. After the assessment we send you a proposal with the scope and the price before we start.
Message us on WhatsApp or leave us a note and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
