We do not control those platforms and are not liable for their outages or changes, although we will help you adapt to them as far as is reasonable.
JST Commerce is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Meta Platforms or n8n.
7. Client obligations
- Provide accurate information and the access needed to deliver the service.
- Review and approve the bot’s content and answers before launch.
- Comply with the WhatsApp Business policies and with the laws that apply to their activity, including data protection and commercial communications rules.
- Inform their own customers about how their data is processed, and have a legal basis for that processing.
8. Intellectual property
The content of this site (text, design, logo and code) belongs to JST Commerce LLC or its licensors. Ownership of the work built for each client is set out in the relevant proposal or contract. Third-party trademarks mentioned here belong to their respective owners.
9. Data protection
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. When we process data on behalf of a client, we sign a data processing agreement with them.
10. Liability
